Baxter Hotel Group leverages ENACT Platform
ENACT SOLUTION
The Holiday Inn Express at Fifth Avenue in Downtown San Diego, was selected for rooftop solar by Baxter Hotel Group, and partnered with ENACT SYSTEMS to lead an independant design and bid-process followed by use of Enact’s consumer platform for asset management. The project was launched in 2019 and was completed in record time, right during the COVID lock-down period, installed by ENACT partner Vista Solar (now Centrica Business Solutions). The Solar Project is a 190kW roof-mounted solution to save the hotel over $35k in electricity bills annually the first year itself.
