LaSalle Hotels, recently acquired by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (publicly traded US REIT), partnered with ENACT SYSTEMS to manage deployment and asset management of Solar on several facilities. The first solar project is operational now at the Chaminade Resort & Spa, at Santa Cruz, CA, installed by ENACT USA partner Nuance Energy. The Solar Project is a 385kW ground mount designed to save the hotel over $130k in electricity bills annually.
